Scanoa partner programme: credit for your recommendations

An agency puts a QR code on a restaurant's wine list. A printer suggests an editable code for the flyers of a trade fair. An accounting firm shows a client how to update the contact card in her shop window. These recommendations save their clients time, but until now, they changed nothing for the person making them.
Scanoa's partner programme changes that. You recommend Scanoa to your clients and receive 20% of what they pay as credit on your own subscription, for 24 months. No invoice, no transfer.
Who the programme is for
The programme is for professionals who recommend QR codes to their clients: agencies, printers, consultants, fiduciaries, associations. It is reserved for professional or commercial use.
You have nothing to resell or invoice. Your clients pay their own subscription, directly to Scanoa, and you receive a share of it as credit.
How to join
Joining is free and without commitment. Everything happens in the app:
- Open your Scanoa settings, then "Partner programme".
- Read and accept the partner terms (in French).
- Copy your personal link, in the form
https://scanoa.com/r/your-code.
Then share it wherever it fits naturally: in a proposal, at the bottom of a quote, during a meeting.
Two ways to recommend a client
The client signs up through your link
You send them your personal link. If they create their account directly after opening your link, they become a client recommended by you.
You set everything up for them
Prefer to prepare the groundwork yourself? Create a workspace for your client from your account, with their agreement, then send them a payment link. The client pays their subscription, and the workspace counts as recommended by you.
What your client gets
A client who signs up through your link gets their first month free: 30 free days on their first paid subscription.
Above all, they stay in control of their QR codes. Each client has their own workspace and subscription in their name, and keeps their QR codes even if you stop working together. They do not depend on you to change a link.
You are recommending a tool, not a dependency.
How the credit works
Each payment from a client you recommended gives you 20% of the amount paid, excluding tax, after discounts, as credit. This applies for 24 months from that client's first payment.
Deducted from your invoices, automatically
Your credit is deducted from your next Scanoa invoices, automatically. No invoice to send and no transfer to wait for, wherever you are.
Up to a free subscription
Each invoice can be reduced down to zero, never below. For example, 5 clients on the Pro plan cover your own Pro subscription.
Any remainder stays on your credit and carries over to the following invoices, for 24 months. It is neither refundable nor convertible into cash: it is credit on your Scanoa subscription.
A 30-day waiting period
The credit from a payment becomes usable 30 days after that payment.
Fair rules
A few simple rules, set out in detail in the partner terms:
- No credit on your own workspaces or on payments you make yourself. The credit comes from the subscriptions your clients pay for themselves.
- Payment refunded or disputed: the corresponding credit is cancelled or reclaimed, even after 30 days.
- One workspace per client: your own subscription is for your own use. To manage QR codes for clients, create a workspace for each of them.
- Honest communication: say that your link earns you credit, no misleading promises, no unsolicited mass messages.
This last rule matters. Your client trusts you because you advise them in their best interests. Telling them clearly what your link brings you keeps that trust intact. For example: "If you sign up through this link, you get your first month free, and I receive credit on my own Scanoa subscription."
Frequently asked questions
Do I receive money?
No. The programme works only with credit, deducted from your Scanoa invoices. It is neither refundable nor convertible into cash: it is credit on your Scanoa subscription. The partner terms (in French) describe how the credit works; for its accounting treatment, check with your usual adviser.
What happens if my client gets a refund?
The corresponding credit is cancelled or reclaimed, even if the payment is more than 30 days old.
Does my client depend on me?
No. They have their own workspace, their QR codes and their subscription in their name. You can help them, but they can manage everything without you.
Can the programme change?
Yes. Scanoa can change or end the programme with 30 days' notice, announced by email. The details are in the partner terms.
Your clients keep control of their QR codes, and your recommendations lighten your own subscription.
